This is the place where the locals come with the whole family to eat and to celebrate, and this is where your food is prepared, with local specialities and produce from the “Hohenlohe” gourmet region. We have a wide selection of open wines from Baden-Württemberg and from abroad, especially for wine connoisseurs. With our small servings (0.1 l and 0.25 l) it is possible for you to try new and unknown wines – without  having to buy a whole bottle. All wines are stored in special climatic and wine tempering storage cabinets by the companies Liebherr und Eurocave, at the correct temperature. Open bottles are filled with biogon gas (which is heavier than air) between every serving, and sealed. This enables us to store countless open wines for a period of time, without loss of quality or oxidation.
